Chính sách này mô tả dữ liệu mà extension Twinread và máy chủ của Twinread thu thập, lý do và cách bạn kiểm soát dữ liệu đó. Liên hệ: support@twinread.cloud.
1. Extension đọc gì trên máy bạn
- Twinread chỉ đọc nội dung một trang khi bạn yêu cầu dịch trang đó (bấm nút, menu chuột phải hoặc Alt+A). Extension không chạy trên các trang bạn không chọn dịch.
- Trên
www.youtube.com, extension gắn nút dịch vào player và đọc track phụ đề mà player tải về. Extension không đọc lịch sử xem, bình luận hay tài khoản YouTube của bạn. - Với video không có phụ đề, âm thanh đang phát chỉ được thu khi bạn bấm "Nhận dạng & dịch".
2. Dữ liệu được gửi đi và lưu trữ

Twinread không dùng cookie quảng cáo, không gắn công cụ phân tích hành vi, không theo dõi các trang bạn duyệt mà không dịch.
3. Bên thứ ba xử lý dữ liệu
- Google: đăng nhập bằng tài khoản Google (chỉ nhận email và mã tài khoản).
- OpenRouter và nhà cung cấp model bạn chọn: nhận chữ cần dịch để trả bản dịch.
- Cloudflare: hạ tầng máy chủ, cơ sở dữ liệu và nhận dạng giọng nói (Workers AI).
- SePay: thông báo giao dịch chuyển khoản để cộng credit. Twinread không nhận thông tin đăng nhập ngân hàng hay số thẻ.
Twinread không bán dữ liệu của bạn, không dùng hay chuyển dữ liệu cho mục đích ngoài việc dịch, không dùng để quảng cáo hoặc đánh giá tín dụng.
4. Quyền của bạn
- Xoá dữ liệu duyệt web và cài đặt: trang tuỳ chọn của extension → tab Cài đặt → "Xoá dữ liệu dịch trên máy chủ". Thao tác này xoá cài đặt đồng bộ và địa chỉ trang trong nhật ký sử dụng. Nút "Xoá toàn bộ cache máy này" xoá bản dịch lưu trên máy.
- Đăng xuất / thu hồi phiên trên từng thiết bị ở tab Tài khoản.
- Xoá tài khoản: gửi email từ địa chỉ đã đăng nhập tới support@twinread.cloud. Chúng tôi xoá tài khoản trong 30 ngày; riêng hồ sơ giao dịch nạp tiền được giữ theo thời hạn pháp luật. Credit còn lại không được hoàn tiền mặt (xem Điều khoản).
- Gỡ extension sẽ xoá toàn bộ dữ liệu lưu trên máy (cài đặt, cache bản dịch).
5. Bảo mật
Kết nối tới máy chủ dùng HTTPS. Token đăng nhập chỉ nằm trong background của extension, không đưa vào trang web. Refresh token được lưu dạng băm trên máy chủ.
6. Trẻ em
Twinread không dành cho người dưới 13 tuổi và không cố ý thu thập dữ liệu của họ.
7. Thay đổi chính sách
Khi chính sách thay đổi, ngày cập nhật ở đầu trang sẽ đổi. Thay đổi quan trọng sẽ được thông báo trong extension.
8. Tuân thủ chính sách Chrome Web Store
Việc Twinread sử dụng thông tin nhận được tuân thủ Chính sách dữ liệu người dùng của Chrome Web Store, bao gồm các yêu cầu Limited Use.

This policy explains what data the Twinread extension and Twinread's server collect, why, and how you control it. Contact: support@twinread.cloud.
1. What the extension reads on your device
- Twinread reads a page's content only when you ask it to translate that page (toolbar button, context menu or Alt+A). It does not run on pages you have not chosen to translate.
- On
www.youtube.comit adds a translate button to the player and reads the subtitle track the player loads. It does not read your watch history, comments or YouTube account. - For videos without captions, the playing audio is captured only after you click "Recognize & translate".
2. Data sent and stored

Twinread uses no advertising cookies or behavioral analytics and does not track pages you browse without translating.
3. Third-party processors
- Google: Sign in with Google (email and account ID only).
- OpenRouter and the model provider you select: receive the text to translate and return the translation.
- Cloudflare: server hosting, database and speech recognition (Workers AI).
- SePay: bank-transfer notifications used to credit your wallet. Twinread never receives bank credentials or card numbers.
Twinread does not sell your data, does not use or transfer it for purposes unrelated to translation, and does not use it for advertising or creditworthiness.
4. Your choices
- Erase browsing data and settings: extension options page → Settings tab → "Delete translation data on server" ("Xoá dữ liệu dịch trên máy chủ"). This deletes synced settings and page addresses in your usage log. "Clear this device's cache" removes translations stored locally.
- Sign out / revoke sessions per device on the Account tab ("Tài khoản").
- Delete your account: email support@twinread.cloud from your signed-in address. We delete the account within 30 days; top-up records are kept as required by law. Remaining credits are not refundable in cash (see Terms).
- Uninstalling the extension removes all data stored on your device (settings, translation cache).
5. Security
All connections to the server use HTTPS. Sign-in tokens stay in the extension's background context and are never exposed to web pages. Refresh tokens are stored hashed on the server.
6. Children
Twinread is not intended for children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their data.
7. Changes
When this policy changes, the date above is updated. Material changes are announced in the extension.
8. Chrome Web Store compliance
The use of information received by Twinread adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
